By ROWLAND J. CALVERT AND ERIC SMITH P ERIPHERAL MANIFESTATIONS in lymphatic leukemia are well recognized. They may domimiat.e the climiical picture amid closely simulate other diseases. The unique amid confusimmg acral sighs imi this illustrative case merit detailed description. The only similar case recorded is that of Schit.tenhelm.’ Rhinophyma ‘as, how-ever, an additional feature in our patient.
